Lawn Care Visit – Found A New Friend

On lawn care projects like these we always find all sorts of treasures in the grass.  This time, we found a new friend! We knew the details of this landscaping job required cutting down a large area of very high grass.  Before we begin mowing grass this tall, a visual inspection is always performed. On this inspection we found a young deer fawn without her mother.  This meant that she was more than likely nearby somewhere!

Cutting brush or mowing grass this tall is always hazardous, especially if the landscaper is not familiar with the property.  In this case our team knew where all the obstacles were located. Debris, sticks, wind blown trash, and large rocks are always within the grass which the landscaper must pick up or remove before mowing.  The cleaned up debris had the opportunity to hurt someone, damage property, or damage machinery so a little extra labor is always required.
